Our annual pilgrimage to Jagannath Puri was given a grand send off in the rain from Nabadwip. A luxury hired coach took devotees from here to our Dum Dum Park Temple. There additional passengers boarded, and all then proceeded to Puri. Arriving safely yesterday, today they have started out for the first full day of parikramas to many holy places of Sri Purusottama Dham.

The monsoons have arrived here in Nabadwip. The air is fresh and cooler and we are reminded of the analogies given in Srimad-Bhagavatam between the seasons and devotional service. Along with the arrival of the rains, our phones have gone out of service.
